Hospitality and rates
La Bruciata is a stone farmhouse situated in a central location, ideal and convenient for its proximity to Montepulciano and for exploring this famous area. At the same time it perfect for relaxing since it is located on top of a panoramic hill overlooking the unspoiled Tuscan countryside.
The structure has four welcoming apartments, spacious and comfortable, furnished with antique furniture in typical Tuscan style, with brick and wood-beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, gorgeous travertine balconies. We have endeavored to keep the flavor of the past, while at the same time offering you the best modern comforts: air conditioning, hydromassage showers with sauna, satellite TV, working fireplaces and a beautiful pool overlooking the valley.
The attention to detail and of the choice of antique furnishings along with the careful selection of fabrics and hand-embroidered linen, have given rise to cozy, comfortable and finely decorated bedrooms with a classic touch.
All apartments have an independent entrance with outdoor space in the garden provided with gazebo, tables, chairs, barbecue and a swimming pool with beach-umbrellas and sun beds.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen: oven with stovetop, microwave, apartment-sized fridge with freezer, Italian coffee makers (but every morning you can get a good cup of espresso, cappuccino or American coffee served in our dining room), toaster, cookware, dinnerware, flatware, glassware and all utensils for cooking and eating.
. All apartments are equipped with a safe, hairdryer in the bathroom, iron, free wi-fi connection, separate heating system, rustic fireplace, linen for bed, bathroom and kitchen (towels, sheets, tablecloths and kitchen towels), blankets and extra pillows.
Our apartments come in different sizes and can accommodate both couples looking for wide space to stay comfortably for a few weeks, as well as larger families of six or more people. Ask for availability, and we will be happy to help you with more information on the various combinations.

Recently, the farmhouse La Bruciata has restructured a delicious restaurant room, where you will can taste the exquisite breakfasts that Laura and mom will prepare for you with a surprise every morning. It will be a pleasure for you to get up at the morning if you will know that many authentic and fresh meals will wait for you, like the soft handmade cakes, the fragrant buns with rosmary or with stracchino cheese that you will can eat with our salt pork like prosciutto or different types of pecorino cheese or if you will prefer, you will can have the typical Italian breakfast with toasted bread, butter and handmade marmalades to taste with a creamy cappuccino

By car arriving from the north:
Take the A1 exit at Valdichiana-Bettolle. Follow the directions for Torrita di Siena, go through the town of Torrita di Siena and follow the directions for Montepulciano. In Montepulciano at the square with traffic lights, turn around the traffic circle on the left and follow always the main road until you will get at the crossroads known as Bivio di San Biagio (because if you turn right there is the San Biagio Church), go straight for Pienza. Then after about 1 kilometer turn left at the signpost for Poggiano and proceed for 500 meters, after which you will see the signpost for La Bruciata on the left.
By car arriving from the south:
Take the A1 exit at Chiusi-Chianciano Terme. Follow the directions for Chianciano Terme, go through the town of Chianciano Terme and follow the directions for Montepulciano. In Montepulciano at the crossroads known as Bivio di San Biagio (because if you go straight there is the San Biagio Church), turn left for Pienza. Then after about 1 kilometer turn left at the signpost for Poggiano and proceed for 500 meters, after which you will see the signpost for La Bruciata on the left.
The nearest train stop in Montepulciano is Chiusi-Chianciano Terme, where the exit you will find available taxi services.
